Before coaching, I spent over a decade actually leading: managing P&Ls, building teams, and making high-stakes calls. I went from barista to CEO in ten years, navigating the same messy human dynamics you’re dealing with now.

I spent over a decade managing teams, navigating real-world challenges, and making high-stakes decisions before coaching executives at Fortune 50 companies, government agencies, and high-growth startups. Along the way, I earned a master’s in applied behavioral science, specializing in Neuroscience applied to leadership science, group dynamics, and human behavior.
